Ginger Pickle


This winter give your throat and your tummy some relief with this easy and quick ginger pickle. Ginger is known for it’s medicinal properties. Be it flu, congestion, pain, inflammation, ginger provides immense relief. 
A little bit of this ginger pickle along with the meals are good enough to keep most problems at bay.



Julienne some ginger and cut few green chillies. Spread them out on a cloth and leave overnight so that the moisture dries up. In a glass bottle put the ginger and chillies. Add some salt and squirt a lemon. Put the lid and give it a good shake. Let the bottle bask in the sun for a couple of days and the pickle will be ready.
